The order cut-off is 9PM Friday night. This means you must place your order before 9PM Friday for Sunday delivery or Monday pick-up.
Unfortunately we are unable to process orders that are placed after the order deadline. The delivery calendar automatically updates at the cut-off, so you can place your order for the following week. We have retail meals available for purchase at our main storefront location (4747 Manzanita Avenue, Carmichael) and in the Folsom CalFit (700 Oak Ave Pkwy, Folsom). We recommend calling 916-389-1800 before making the trip to check on availability.
If you selected delivery, you will receive your meals on Sunday. If you selected pick-up, your meals will be available for you to pick-up on Monday from 9AM-6PM.
Please note when placing your order that the dates highlighted in green are the order dates. Your meals will still be delivered Sunday (the day before the order date) if you choose delivery.

No! You are given the choice at checkout to have a recurring order, however it is not required. If you do choose have a recurring order, we try to make it as easy as possible to change, cancel, or re-schedule your next delivery. You may do so yourself on the website before our 9PM Friday cut-off, or by contacting us before 1PM Friday if you need our assistance doing so (email or phone call).
Yes. Some simple changes can be fulfilled but typically our standard menu doesn’t allow for substitutes or customization. However, while adding meals you are able to simply navigate to the “modification space” and you can customize your meals here for a small $2/meal fee. Things like requesting a single specific vegetable, requesting no veggies and extra carbs (up to 1cup), requesting no carbs and extra veggies, requesting a specific carb (we will do our best to accommodate, if we can’t we will let you know and can initiate a refund if there is no resolution due to things like seasonality and availability.)
Local Deliveries
We deliver on Sunday from 8am – 8pm. Once you check out, it will tell you which zone your address falls under. Zone 1 (Citrus Heights, Roseville, etc.) is typically delivered between 8AM-3PM. Zone 2 (Folsom, El Dorado Hills, etc.) is typically delivered from 8AM- 3PM. Zone 3/4 (Sac, Elk Grove, Etc.) are typically delivered from 1PM-8PM. You will receive a text update when we are on the way to your stop and when your meals are delivered! Please be sure to include any delivery instructions, gate code, etc. in the order notes to help us when delivering your meals!
We send automated text alerts the morning of deliveries, as well as when we are on the way to your stop and when your meals are delivered. You may text this number to reach a manager that can communicate with your driver.
No problem! We deliver your meals in an insulated bag with ice packs to keep your meals cool in case you are not home. If there is a place you would like us to hide your bag to prevent theft, you can leave instructions in the delivery notes at checkout.
Pick-Up Orders
If you placed a pick-up order, your meals will be available on the Monday of your order date from 9AM-6PM. Our address is 4747 Manzanita Avenue. The office can be accessed through the door on the right while facing the building (NOT the double doors, that is the kitchen which is locked on Monday’s).
We are open throughout the week! You may pick up another day during our store hours.
Modifying/Cancelling Your Order
You can modify your order any time before our 9PM Friday cut-off by logging into your account and proceeding to the ‘Orders’ tab. From there, you can edit your selections and pay for your order. Please note that you must make payment upon modifying your order for the changes to save.
You may also call (leave a voicemail) or email us before 1PM Friday with the requested changes and we can do so for you.
Please note that the mentioned deadlines must be met in order to modify your order. After the deadline we begin processing and fulfilling orders, so we cannot modify orders if request is not made before the deadlines.
You can cancel your order any time before our 9PM Friday cut-off by logging into your account and proceeding to the ‘Orders’ tab. From there, you can cancel your order.

General Questions
Specific heating instructions pertaining to each meal can be found on the nutrition label. Place your meal in the microwave for the specified time (generally 2-3 minutes) on high. The packaging will provide a natural steaming function and provide robust flavor. You may need to increase time to 5-7 min if cooking out of the freezer. You may also remove the cover and place the meal into the oven and bake on 420 degrees for 12-14 min. If frozen, additional time may be needed.
We seal our meals using a process called MAP (modified atmosphere packaging). Our sealing machines pull oxygen out of the tray while pumping in nitrogen and CO2. Then, a plastic seal is placed over the top. This extends the shelf life of meals, keeping them fresh for up to 10 days in the fridge. We label salads to expire 5 days from delivery, while all other meals are labelled to expire 8 days after delivery.
Yes! Most of our meals are freezer friendly, with a few exceptions such as salads and wraps.
