Weekly plans providing meals and snacks for either 5 or 7 days. The meal plans are tailored to your preferences and macro requirements… every meal, every day! After you place your order, we will contact you to schedule a 15 minute consult. During the call we will get the information needed to calculate your macros as well as your likes and dislikes. We will send you the menu for your approval. NOTE: MMM orders must be placed by noon on Thursday to be delivered on Sunday due to the time required to create the menu.
